Welcome Ministry

Greeters/Ushers

We believe that a warm welcome to Mass is important, for parishioners new and old.

The ‘Greeter Ministry’ is there to say hello at the start of each church service.

If given the opportunity we also visit those individuals and families who are newly arrived in the parish. This is a friendly, informal occasion when we provide an introduction to what is happening in our parish, and a point of contact.

Cuppa After Sunday Mass

The Welcome Ministry also hold a welcome morning tea after Mass and encourage parishioners to stay for fellowship and conversation.
